Where do you ship?

We ship across all 13 regions of Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Eastern Province, Asir, Tabuk, Hail, Northern Borders, Jazan, Najran, Al Bahah, Al Jawf, and Al Qassim. International shipping is on our roadmap; for now, deliveries are Saudi-only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is SAR 12 to a RedBox pickup point and SAR 19.5 for home delivery. That is the same anywhere in Saudi Arabia — there is no separate Riyadh rate. Home delivery is free on orders of SAR 199 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Your delivery window is shown at checkout before you pay — it depends on your address and which RedBox service you choose. You'll receive an SMS with the tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it from your account on funloot.com.

Which courier do you use?

RedBox, for every order across Saudi Arabia. You can have your parcel delivered to your door, or sent to a RedBox pickup point near you for a lower rate. Either way it is tracked end to end.

What is a RedBox pickup point?

Accepted Answer

A RedBox pickup point is a locker or partner location near you that holds your parcel until you collect it. It costs SAR 12 instead of SAR 19.5 for home delivery, and you collect whenever suits you. Available pickup points are shown at checkout once you enter your city.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an SMS with the tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also see real-time status on every order in your account on funloot.com — sign in with the phone number you used at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the new address — we'll update it. Once a parcel is in courier hands, address changes have to go through the courier directly (we can help, but it's not guaranteed).

What if I miss the delivery?

Courier drivers will attempt to call you before arrival. If you miss them, the courier reschedules automatically — usually for the next business day. If the parcel is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we contact you to arrange redelivery.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes — choose a RedBox pickup point at checkout and collect your parcel from a locker or partner location near you for SAR 12, instead of SAR 19.5 for home delivery. We don't currently offer collection from our own premises, but if you have a specific need (e.g. a high-value PSA card you'd rather inspect before signing) contact us — we can sometimes accommodate.
