What's your return window?

14 days from the date your order is delivered. Contact us within this window via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange a free pickup.

What items can be returned?

Sealed Funko Pops in their original branded boxes. Factory-sealed TCG products (booster boxes, ETBs, sealed packs). PSA-graded cards in the original PSA slab, untampered. Loungefly bags with original packaging and tags attached. Custom PSA grading submissions are non-refundable once cards are shipped to PSA.

How do I start a return?

Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@funloot.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a free pickup at your address — usually within 1–2 business days of your request.

Who pays for return shipping?

Accepted Answer

We do. Free return-by-mail across Saudi Arabia. Our courier picks up the package from your address at a scheduled time — you don't need to drop anything off at a courier office.

Do I need the original packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Funko Pops must be in unopened original boxes. TCG products must be factory-sealed. PSA-graded cards must remain in the original PSA slab (broken slabs invalidate the grade and the return). Loungefly bags need their original branded packaging and tags attached.

Question 6

What if I opened the box?

Opened boxes can't be returned for sealed-collectible categories (Funko, sealed TCG, Loungefly). For PSA-graded singles, the slab is the box — as long as it's intact and untampered, the return is fine. If you opened something by mistake, contact us — we'll work with you case-by-case.

Question 7

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes. We process exchanges as a return + new order to keep accounting clean — refund the original purchase to your payment method, then you place the new order separately. If you tell us in advance, we can fast-track the replacement so it ships the same day we receive the return.

Question 8

What if my order arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free return and either replace the item (if in stock) or refund you in full. Damaged-on-arrival returns don't require original packaging if the damage prevents resealing.

When will I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item in good condition. The funds appear in your original payment method 1–7 days after we process (depending on your bank). For mada/Visa/Mastercard refunds, expect 3–7 days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer once we confirm your IBAN — see /refunds for full timing details.
