Refunds & Exchanges

At FunLoot, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any damage or issues with your product, please take a photo of the item and contact our customer service team at support@funloot.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will be happy to assist you.

  • You have the right to return purchased products and receive a full refund within 24 hours of delivery, provided the product is still sealed in its original wrap and packaging.

  • Refunds may take up to 8 working days to process and up to 30 days to reflect on the card used for the purchase, subject to product condition checks.

  • If a refund is approved by FunLoot after dispatch, please note that certain fees, such as delivery costs or gift wrapping charges, will not be refunded.

  • Any gifts received with the purchase must be returned along with the product for a refund.

  • Products purchased on sale or discount cannot be refunded.

  • Digital codes and cards (e.g., iTunes, Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify, etc.) cannot be refunded once ordered. For issues with digital cards or products, customers should contact the respective platform directly.

  • To claim a refund, the original receipt or invoice must be provided.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. Here’s how we can help:

  • Products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if proven to have manufacturing defects after sending the product to the supplier for assessment.

  • All bundled items must be returned for an exchange.

  • Products purchased on sale or discount cannot be refunded but may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if manufacturing defects are confirmed by the supplier.

  •  Accessories, subscription cards, gift cards, and digital products cannot be exchanged. However, some accessories and hardware may have manufacturer-specific warranty conditions, as mentioned on the product page. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only and do not include physical damage.

  • In cases of product misuse, FunLoot will notify you with an official report from a service center and provide alternative options, if available.

  • To claim an exchange, the original receipt or invoice must be provided.
