Delete your FunLoot account
You can ask us to delete your FunLoot account and its data at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app.
How to delete your account

In the FunLoot app: open the Account tab, go to Privacy, tap Delete my account, then type your phone number to confirm.

On the web: sign in at funloot.com, open funloot.com/account/delete-account, then type your phone number to confirm.

Or contact us from the email address or phone number on your account:
[email protected], or WhatsApp +966 50 976 8575. We'll delete the account for you.
What we delete
Your profile, addresses, saved cards, wishlist, reviews and grading history.
What we keep, and for how long
Order and transaction records are kept, anonymized, for at least 10 years, because Saudi commercial and tax law requires it.
When it happens
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. To cancel, sign back in before then.
Delete some data and keep your account
You can delete saved cards and addresses yourself in the app, under Account. For other data, such as reviews or grading history, email
[email protected] or WhatsApp +966 50 976 8575 from the email address or phone number on your account, and tell us what to delete. We handle requests within 30 days.
