Are your collectibles 100% authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We source directly from official channels — Funko, the Pokémon Company, Bandai (One Piece TCG), Loungefly, and authorized Disney distributors. We do not carry replicas, knockoffs, or unauthorized reproductions. Every Funko Pop ships in its original branded box; every TCG product is factory-sealed unless explicitly listed as a single card or PSA-graded slab.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tamara and Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later in 4 interest-free installments), and Cash on Delivery across Saudi Arabia. All online payments are processed securely through Paymob with 3D Secure authentication.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Saudi Arabia. You'll pay by card (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay) at the door or at your RedBox pickup point — note that COD is card-only, so please have a card ready. Cash is not accepted on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Your delivery window is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship via RedBox, and you'll receive an SMS with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is delivery free?

Shipping is SAR 12 to a RedBox pickup point and SAR 19.5 for home delivery, the same anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Home delivery is free on orders of SAR 199 or more. Cash on delivery is available across Saudi Arabia.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

14-day free return-by-mail. Items must be in their original packaging — sealed Funko boxes unopened, TCG products factory-sealed, PSA-graded cards still in their original slab. Custom orders (PSA grading submissions) are non-refundable once the cards have been shipped to PSA.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery and tell us your order number plus the reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup at no cost to you. Refund issues within 5 business days of us receiving the item back in good condition — credited to your original payment method.

Question 9

Do you offer PSA grading?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your cards ship to PSA's authentication facility and return in the official PSA slab with grade label. Grading currently starts from SAR 499 per card — the volume tiers (Bulk 20+ cards, Value 10–19, Value+ 5–9) are paused by PSA; join the waitlist on our grading page and we'll notify you when they reopen.

How long does PSA grading take?

PSA's estimate on our default Regular tier is 40–50 business days from when PSA receives your cards, plus shipping each way. Faster tiers are available at checkout. We notify you at each stage: when your cards arrive at our grading hub, when they ship to PSA, when PSA logs them in, and when graded cards return to us for delivery.

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS with the courier's tracking number. You can also view the status of every order in your account on funloot.com — just sign in with the phone number you used at checkout.
